In that first message, it helps if you tell me:

• Which city or country you’re writing from.
• What bothers you and what you’d like to achieve. In your own words; you don’t need the name of the surgery.
• Your history: previous surgeries, medications —including vitamins and supplements—, and medical history.

When it comes to your health, no information is too small.

With what you tell me, I’ll give you a sense of what can and can’t be done. Every surgery requires an in-person consultation first, at my office in Cali or Pereira: that’s where I examine you, explain the procedure and its risks, and you decide.

And if the answer is that surgery isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you that too.

If you already have tests, reports, or photos, send them by WhatsApp: it’s the only channel through which I receive medical information. Not through Instagram or other social media. When you write to us, we’ll ask for your consent to process your personal data. You’ll find the details in the privacy policy (in Spanish).
